Забронювали день народження дитині за тиждень. Одразу отримали підтвердження броні в смс-повідомленні. В день народження з купою дітей їхали з кількома пересадками ,щоб почути, "вибачте , але квест відміняється". Бо хтось на лікарняному. Ні смс хоча би зранку, ні телефонного дзвінка зазделегідь. Вимушені були терміново шукати місце, де відсвяткувати дитині день народження. Це непрофесійно, як мінімум. І псує людям настрій в такий день. Мають бути які-небуть запасні варіанти на такі випадки. Або має бути запасний адміністратор, який може замінити іншого , щоб провести квест. Ми, звичайно, знайшли інший варіант, де працюють професіонали та де турбуються про клієнтів. Але осад залишився.
