You are a group of experimental subjects who have arrived at the underground laboratory No. 22 and are invited to participate in an experimental game. Once this laboratory was engaged in the creation of radiation viruses to create mutants, but on April 11, 1986, something went wrong: some of the staff turned into psychos, mutants and zombies, who began to exterminate all living things. Now there are only a few creatures left here, but they are extremely dangerous.

From time to time, scientists gather a group of experimental subjects to try to destroy the virus. The creatures are kept underground, feeding on human flesh so that they do not escape to the surface. Now the door is closed - the experiment begins. You need to go through the laboratory, find all the sources of the virus using a special device and destroy it once and for all. Be careful not to become a mutant yourself or someone's lunch.
