Квест плохой. Впервые повели ребенка на квест и это было ужасно. Много чего не работало в комнате. То что должно было открыться уже было открыто, то что должно было загореться, не горело. Было 2 ключа, один из них вообще лишний оказался, а второй просто не подходил. Девочка заходила к нам в комнату раз 10, чтоб как-то исправить технические вопросы. Из-за таких моментов, ты думаешь, что у тебя что-то не получается или ты неправильно разгадываешь загадки. А проблема, оказывается не в тебе, а в самой комнате. Она не подготовлена для того что бы погрузиться в атмосферу игры. К персоналу отдельная претензия. После того, как мы, с горем пополам прошли квест, настало время оплаты. На что, нам озвучили полную сумму, зная что были косяки. Мы ей возразили и просили скидку. На что, она с недовольным лицом сделала нам только 10% скидки. За такую технически не готовую комнату и испорченные впечатления, как минимум 50 % скидки надо. КВЕСТ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!!!!!!!
