08.10.2021 праздновали детский день рождения. Конечно же пригласили деток в гости для хорошего праздника, но что то пошло не так ( в день бранирование комнаты мне на телефон пришло аж два подтверждения одно на електронную почту второе просто как обычное смс (смотрю прям СЕРВИС) и на этом он закончился. Адрес в обоих смс был указан юридический (как оказалось потом) Всех деток подвозили отдельно с разных частей города и соответственно к началу квеста. После прогулки возле юридического адреса квест комнаты и 4 попыток дозвониться до администрации, мы с детками начали переживать но вот чудо на 5 раз ответ в трубке прозвучал и оказалось что квест находится по адресу Спаская 75а. На вопрос почему адрес не совподает мне был дан ответ что Я что то напутала. После приезда с улицы Винграновського 56 на Спаскую 75а и повторный вопрос как так получилось поступил следующий ответ что администрация не может следить за правильно указаным адресом в розссылке и на данном сайте где оставляю отзыв. Тем кто планирует детский ДР понимает что после квеста есть еще программа развлечений. Теперь по поводу самого квеста дети были не очень довольны помощью со стороны администрации были очень долгие ответы, и грубость в общении с ними, была даже фраза что " У вас что то с руками" на очередной загадка когда не сработал выключатель. Поэтому перед тем как идти туда уточняйте все.

Хочу выразить свою благодарность администратору квест комнаты за атмосферу и нереальные эмоции. Нам настолько понравилось, что мы остались ещё на 2 квеста (Миссия невыполнима и проклятье ковбоя) Остались под впечатлением! Спасибо Вам за эмоции!
