Проходили цей квест 4 місяці назад, але тепер є можливість порівняти з квестами інших компаній, тому залишу свій відгук. Це була наша друга квест кімната від цієї компанії. Загалом враження не дуже, так як у цієї компанії, як я вже розумію, є постійна проблема з неякісними кодовими та магнітними замками. Через те, що наш кодовий замок був вже зношений, він відкрився з легкістю при неправильному коді (замок візуально і не до кінця закритий був), який ми виявляється мали знайти значно пізніше по сюжету, і ми пропустили декілька етапів та загадок і перейшли одразу у другу кімнату. Весь час у нас були проблеми з розв'язками так як ми вже йшли не по порядку завдань і просили підказки. Нам давали підказки відштовхуючись від того що ми зараз робимо, або бачимо, і ніхто не помітив що ми пішли геть не по порядку. В результаті ми змогли вийти з кімнати відкривши 3 з 4 шухляд. Зовнішній вигляд кімнати потребує ремонту, так як десь повідвалювалась фарба, поцарапані предмети, щось занадто бовтається, щось відвалилось. Предмети загадок вже досить зношені та теж потребують ремонту. Кодові замки раджу поміняти у всіх кімнатах, вони копієчні і замінити їх не становить проблеми, проте цим чомусь ніхто не займається. На гугл картах у відгуках зустрів безліч людей які скаржаться на непрацюючі замки. Коли ми розповіли про проблеми адміністраторшам почули у відповідь "ну вибачте" і за цю кімнату всеодно довелось заплатити всю вартість. В знак вибачення надали знижку на наступне відвідування квесту, і з наступним квестом у нас також були проблеми (пірати карибського моря)

Діти не задоволені, багато замків були уже відкриті, адміністратор замість того , щоб дати дітям декілька легких підказок , заходила у кімнату, протягом усього квесту та вирішила увесь його замість них,в кімнаті діти були менше 40 хв
