This Zone, which has its own laws, is controlled by the mysterious Monolith, and the true nature of its function still causes many legends and mysteries.

There is a certain group known as the Monolith, which seeks to turn the entire planet into a huge Zone. For this purpose, they created a mechanism that must cause a release in order to achieve their goal.
