Если вы хотите внимания, вежливого обслуживания, ярких эмоций и впечатлений, то ЭТО НЕ ТА КОНТОРА, КОТОРАЯ ВАМ НУЖНА. Заказали квест, по телефону получили информацию, что за 5 минут до начала нам позвонят и встретят. На месте были в назначенное время и даже чуть раньше. За 5 минут до начала нам не позвонили. Ровно в 18:30 стали звонить сами, администратор сказала, что сейчас разберется. Через 15 минут набрали ее снова, на что нам сказали, что им НАПИСАЛИ, НО ОНИ НЕ ОТВЕЧАЮТ. Написали, Карл! Отправили видимо УКРПОЧТОЙ, потому что мы снова перезванивали, на тот момент квест уже должен был длиться 20 минут. На улице Ноябрь, мы с детьми у одного из них испорченный день рождения. В итоге промерзли 30 минут посередине улицы, развернулись и увели расстроенных детей. Позже нам позвонили и сказали, что у них что-то поломалось. Позвонить и предупредить не судьба! Может быть квест и интересный, к сожалению мы это уже не узнаем. Но отношение к клиентам ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ!!! Поменьше вам хороших клиентов, которые могут быть разочарованы! Этот отзыв я копирую на все сайты, где найду упоминание об этой "Шарашкиной конторе"!
